Product Warranties

  • Unless otherwise stated on a specific product page, all furniture and home items from Plush Palace Shop are sold “as is” and without a manufacturer’s warranty.
  • Certain items may include a limited manufacturer’s warranty. If applicable, warranty details will be provided with your product documentation or noted on the product page.
  • Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or improper assembly/installation are not covered under any warranty.



Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers are responsible for following any provided assembly, care, and maintenance instructions to preserve product quality and safety.
  • For delivery and installation, customers must ensure clear access to the property (including stairways, elevators, or entryways) to avoid potential damages or delays.



Limitation of Liability

  • Plush Palace Shop is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of property, loss of income, or personal injury resulting from use of our products.
  • Our total liability for any claim related to your purchase shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the product in question.
  • We are not responsible for damages that occur after delivery or pickup, including issues arising from mishandling, third-party assembly, or unauthorized modifications.


Claims & Support

If you believe your product is defective or covered under a manufacturer’s warranty, please contact our Customer Care team within 72 hours of delivery or as soon as the issue arises. Include photos and a description of the problem so we can assist you promptly.
