Delivery And Pickup Scheduling

At Plush Palace Shop, we work hard to ensure your furniture arrives safely and on time. Because many of our items are large and require special handling, all deliveries must be scheduled in advance. Please review the following guidelines:



Scheduling Your Delivery

  • Once your order has completed processing, our team or delivery partner will contact you to arrange a delivery date and time window.
  • Deliveries are typically scheduled during standard business hours, Monday through Friday. Weekend delivery may be available in select areas.
  • Delivery windows are usually 3–4 hours, and someone 18 years or older must be present to accept the order.

 


Preparing for Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and clear access into the delivery location. This includes measuring doorways, hallways, staircases, and elevators to confirm that items will fit.
  • Please secure pets, remove obstacles, and prepare the space in advance.
  • If our delivery team is unable to complete the delivery due to access issues, a redelivery fee may apply.

 

 

Missed or Rescheduled Deliveries

  • If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Missed appointments or last-minute reschedules may result in additional delivery fees.


 

Pickup Option

  • Customers who prefer to pick up their order may do so by scheduling a pickup time with our team.
  • Same-day pickup is available for ready-to-go items if arranged before 12:00 PM. Pickups must be completed before 5:00 PM.


White-Glove Service (Optional)

  • In select areas, we offer white-glove delivery, which includes in-home setup and removal of packaging. This service may require additional scheduling and fees.
